Neither printed nor electronic versions of the Harbor Law Department Survey Insights Portal or reports may be forwarded, distributed, or shared with any person outside the subscriber company without the explicit written consent of Harbor. My company will be granted access to the reports for one named user, with additional user access available for an incremental fee. If the user details change, I will notify Harbor immediately. In full agreement to these terms, I, on behalf of my company, request access to the Insights Portal.

Pricing

Harbor is pleased to offer discounted, subscription-based pricing up to three years. If a multi-year plan is selected, you will be invoiced for the discounted amount on an annual basis. Each year, you will have the option of selecting which data cuts you would like to receive in the report package.

One year subscription: $3,500
Two year subscription: 5% discount per year
Three year subscription: 10% discount per year
Additional data cuts: $650 per data cut

Capturing insights from 150+ companies annually, our Insights Portal contains comprehensive benchmarking data on in-house law department staffing, spending, organizational structure, operational practices, outside counsel governance, alternative legal service provider leverage, and technology usage.

Harbor offers law firms the ability to purchase access to the Law Department Survey Report on behalf of their clients. Discounted pricing for the Insights Portal is typically available for participating law departments only. However, as a partner of Harbor, you will be able to purchase licenses for your clients regardless of their participation status at a significantly discounted rate ($6,500 value to your client). For each client who chooses to participate in addition to gaining portal access, Harbor will provide the firm a $500 credit to be applied to the purchase of future licenses. Note: A full list of clients does not need to be identified upon purchase of an access bundle – client users may be identified throughout the year at the firm’s discretion.

What's included for your client

Access to the reports through the dynamic online portal for one year to review this year’s survey results (Note: Additional user licenses available at an incremental cost.)
Within the portal, access to 3 subgroup filters to review 400+ metrics against peers that most closely align to their portfolio. This will include your client’s respective industry, law department size, and company revenue range.
Option to contribute data to the Law Department Survey and have custom results reflected in the portal.
Optional introduction and virtual meeting with Harbor subject matter experts to orient the client to the Insights Portal and provide additional context on key takeaways of how their department compares to peers.

Client setup process and subgroup selection

For each client user, we will recommend and confirm which data cuts will be included from the below subgroup options. Harbor will then coordinate with the client on your behalf to provision the login information within a 3-day time period and schedule an orientation per client preference. Should members of your firm like to participate in this process, we will coordinate a joint communication plan.
