Harbor has acquired UK-based iManage implementation partner Ascertus to provide comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise solutions for law firms and corporations globally, particularly in the UK and Continental Europe.
The move increases Harbor’s delivery team size, allowing for broader geographical reach and service offerings.
Harbor’s CEO, Matt Sunderman, highlighted the strategic importance of integrating Ascertus' expertise in content management to round out Harbor's global solutions portfolio.
“We want to be the partner to be able to front assess, implement and manage across the entire enterprise application stack for law firms,” Sunderman said.
“Damian [Jeal] and the Ascertus team have started down the contract life cycle management, enterprise lifecycle management, and legal hold or litigation support workflow routes. So on the corporate side it’s a similar thesis: we want to be able to provide an end-to-end offering for each of the major technologies on a global basis.”
