After months of integration, HBR Consulting, LAC Group, and Wilson Allen relaunched under the new name, Harbor. Harbor provides strategy, legal technology, operations, and intelligence services to law firms, corporations, and their law departments. The company will be sunsetting the legacy brands, except for KP Labs, which will still be part of Harbor.
Harbor is a full integration of its six legacy brands. The integration over multiple months aligned internal operations and business process structure and established executive and senior leadership teams across the legacy organizations.
Harbor has more than 650 strategists, technologists, and other experts, serving a majority of Am Law 200 firms and half of the Fortune 500.
Going forward, Harbor will be focused on organic growth, as well as increasing Harbor’s strong position in the market.
