People and places fascinate Endira. She loves exploring new countries and cultures, and getting out of her comfort zone because this is where she believes you meet your “growth edge”.
It’s this edge that Endira loves helping people discover, through targeted programs and one-to-one coaching. After three years at Harbor, Endira now heads up learning and development, responsible for nurturing the cream of the crop in legal consulting and operations.

Recognizing uniqueness
Along with the rest of the Learning & Development team, Endira prioritizes developing people first through meaningful initiatives such as Harbor’s Leader-Led Learning Series.
This program builds community and engagement across our team of managers, covering core topics such as financial acumen and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
It allows leaders to share tips, personal stories, and best practices with managers at every level with the skills for effective leadership, so they get the best from their team and have the foundation to grow into tomorrow’s Harbor leaders.

Outside of work, Endira can point you to the latest holiday hotspot from as far afield as Japan to Malta to Turkey. If you’re going to Italy, she’ll tell you where to find the best pizza. And if you’re into non-fiction writing, she can give you tips on memoir writing – Endira has already written her own!
