Building outcomes
Building his bathroom, building teams, and building his career.
Patrick loves using his hands and getting into the nuts and bolts as much as he does being hands-off and leading his team to accomplish successful outcomes for our clients.
Sharing knowledge
He currently heads a group of implementation engineers spread across three continents, consulting on how clients can make the best use of the powerful Intapp platform.
They share knowledge and ideas in their virtual “Internal Office Hours”. If you’ve learned something that could benefit the team, this is your time to share. And ask questions – they're always welcome, too.
“For me, the most effective problem-solving requires input from the whole team. We all have valuable knowledge to contribute to our clients’ success."

Autonomy & creativity
“If your immediate team doesn’t have the answer, someone else in Harbor probably does, and will be willing to guide you.”
Patrick thrives when given opportunities for autonomy and creativity – and strives to give his team the same.
This is balanced against structure and processes, to optimize efficiencies, and reduce stress.
"Right now, I’m refining internal processes, and developing a technical standard that ensures consistent client service. So whatever region or person implements the project, the client will always get the ‘Harbor experience’.”
Balancing work and life
Patrick enjoys a healthy work-life balance. Whether it’s learning a new aspect of Intapp (because no two projects are ever the same), renovating his home, or playing with his young son, there is never a dull moment.
Yet he is sure to carve in down time.
On weekends you’ll find him skiing or hiking with his dog. Join him on one of his fishing adventures and maybe he’ll share some of his infamous ‘Dad jokes’ with you!
