There are all kinds of opportunities at Harbor to keep the brain buzzing, including secondments. JJ is one of our crew who works full time on our behalf at a major Silicon Valley tech company.

He had already established his expertise at Harbor Labs where for five-and-a-half years he worked as a Business Process Automation expert. He specialized in optimizing processes across departments like Privacy, Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

JJ is making his mark within Harbor, too, spearheading a new initiative called ‘The Voyagers’.
This monthly virtual gathering of 10 Harbor Labs colleagues provides an environment that is both creative and collaborative, to keep each other up to speed on the latest client and industry developments.
An invitation to speak on stage at a strategic partner's user conference is a further career accolade that sets him apart.
“I find it so rewarding being able to share my ideas and witnessing it motivate others.
"I’m also proud of the work we do. We get the job done with finesse and a deep understanding of the client.”
And when he’s not sharing his thoughts on AI, anything and everything automated, and digital transformation, he’ll fire up the BBQ and share some food.
