The arrival of his baby boy shifted his workload a notch. As every parent knows, little people are time-consuming! Yet the early days of parenting have been a seamless experience for Shoaib, who is based in coastal Florida.

Welcome back
As Shoaib knows, Harbor is always there for its people. From 14 years ago when he joined Harbor heritage-company HBR Consulting as a summer intern, he has skillfully carved out niche roles for himself.
The company welcomed him back twice as a “boomerang” employee, after he stretched his wings to gain experience in-house.

More recently, Shoaib has played a pivotal role in our evolution. His management of mergers and acquisitions, and strategic prowess have grown Harbor’s roster to several hundred stars – every one of them committed to the success of our clients.

Nurturing young talent is particularly rewarding for Shoaib, who is keen to ensure that our interns have the same opportunities, guidance and exposure that he benefited from.
