Alison serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Harbor, overseeing legal, contracting, compliance, and corporate risk. She is focused on deepening the legal and governance capabilities that support Harbor’s continued growth and help the organization manage risk effectively as the business evolves.
Alison brings more than 15 years of experience at Epiq, where she served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Her background spans global legal and compliance leadership, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, enterprise risk, litigation, and commercial contracting. Her experience in a technology-enabled legal services business gives her a strong understanding of the legal and operational considerations that come with supporting a growing global organization like Harbor.
Prior to Epiq, Alison practiced corporate law at Sidley Austin and Kramer Levin, focusing on M&A, private equity, and corporate governance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Northwestern University and JD from Fordham University School of Law.
