Chris is an Executive Vice President at Harbor and serves as Market Lead for Law Firms, focusing on Business Operations, Merger Integration, Growth Strategies and Data Modernization. He is also a member of the executive leadership team for Harbor's go-to-market organization.
Working closely with leadership and clients, Chris ensures delivery of consistent value while deepening and enhancing those relationships. He also co-created Harbor's industry-leading Revenue Cycle Survey, launched and facilitates Harbor's Sounding Board series for the law firm C-suite, is a frequent speaker & panelist at legal industry events, and was instrumental in developing Harbor's "AI Mastermind" program for leading global firms.
Chris has over 20 years of strategic and operational consulting experience across a variety of industries. Previously, Chris was a founder and managing principal of Overwing, a boutique operational consulting firm, and a director at Huron Consulting Group.
