David Clark
Interim Chief Financial Officer
David serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer and leads Harbor's global finance organization, overseeing financial strategy, operations, and governance to support the company's continued growth.
David brings more than 25 years of finance and operational leadership across public and private equity-backed companies, with deep experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and acquisition. He has led finance transformations, capital markets initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvements while partnering with executive leadership teams, boards, investors, and lenders.
Prior to joining Harbor, David worked in private equity and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Spark Networks, Synchronoss Technologies, The Meet Group, Nutrisystem, and SunCom Wireless, which he co-founded. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Boston College.
