Hal Gunder leads Harbor’s Corporate Development function, overseeing the full mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating opportunities through transaction execution, integration and success tracking.
He joins Harbor from MRI Software, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development and helped lead the company’s acquisition strategy, including more than 60 transactions. His experience spans corporate development, M&A, legal and enterprise software leadership, including a previous role as Deputy General Counsel. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Ecology and Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
