Jaime is a Senior Director in Harbor’s Enterprise Solutions practice and leads Harbor’s Law Firm Strategy + Optimization solution line. She brings more than fourteen years of experience advising law firms and corporate law departments on strategies that improve business performance and advance organizational priorities.
Her work focuses on helping clients optimize service delivery, resourcing, processes, technology, and data to create more effective and sustainable operating models. Jaime’s recent work includes partnering with several Am Law 100 and 200 firms to assess current-state operations and reimagine business service delivery models aligned with their strategic objectives. She has also supported law firms through complex merger and acquisition integrations, helping lead strategic program management offices and coordinate the initiatives required to align people, processes, technology, and operations.
Jaime began her legal consulting career with Huron Consulting, followed by time with Stout in their legal management consulting practice.
