Justin serves as Managing Director of Harbor Labs, where he works alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists in building custom technology solutions for the world’s most innovative legal departments. Throughout his career, Justin has acted as a critical bridge between creative doers and business leaders, translating aspirational goals into practical approaches that solve "on-the-ground" legal and operational challenges.
Rather than following industry hype, Justin focuses on the pragmatic application of technology. This approach was recently exemplified by his team's work with Rubrik to develop an AI-powered commercial legal agent—a project that earned the 2025 "Pioneering Use of AI" award from LegalOps.com.
Previously the CIO of KP Labs, Justin was involved in the creation of Labs and its successful growth as an Inc. 5000 company through its 2023 acquisition and integration into Harbor. His foundational work at the law firm Keesal, Young & Logan redefined legal process automation and established his reputation as an industry architect. A recognized technology leader, Justin is a three-time ILTA Distinguished Peer Award winner, an ACC Value Champion, and was the first non-lawyer to be named a BTI Client All-Star.
