Lisa serves as President and leads Harbor’s Delivery organization – including all practice groups – as well as key enterprise operations teams including Talent, IT, Integration & Administration. She is focused on collaboration across teams and functions, and ensuring ongoing excellence in our service delivery and solution innovation in alignment with our core values and goals.
Lisa’s experience working in professional services as well as the legal industry, in addition to her commitment to both the employee and client experience, provide her with a unique understanding of what it takes to help organizations in this market to change, innovate, and grow.
Before joining Harbor, Lisa served as Chief Operating Officer at Ogletree Deakins. Prior to that, she was with Boston Consulting Group, most recently as senior director leading Global Operational Innovations and as Chief of Staff of its Operations Leadership Team. Lisa holds an MBA from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
