Michelle serves as Interim Chief Revenue Officer, partnering with Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence as part of Harbor's broader Go-to-Market leadership team to build the revenue systems and structures that support Harbor's continued growth.
Michelle brings extensive experience as a chief revenue officer and advisor to professional services firms, with a strong track record of helping organizations develop structured, scalable approaches to growth. She is recognized for aligning commercial strategy, leadership, and operational execution to drive business development and client success.
Michelle leads this work through her firm, Unison Advisory, which partners with CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors to design revenue strategies for professional services firms. She previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Stout, where she led the firm's commercial growth strategy. She holds a master's degree in economics from New York University and bachelor's degrees in economics, French, and Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
