Shoaib serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Solution Strategy. Drawing upon nearly a decade of experience across the legal ecosystem, he is focused on keeping our offerings ahead of the market’s needs. He works closely with our practice groups to optimize service delivery, drive innovative approaches, and enhance ways of working.
He began his career in strategy and operations and has held roles of increasing responsibility across the organization. Shoaib also spent time in-house in Medtronic’s legal operations function and on UnitedLex’s advisory team.
Shoaib holds a bachelor’s in Economics and Financial Market Regulation from the University at Albany.
