At Harbor, he leads teams delivering advisory, implementation support, and ongoing services that strengthen governance, delivery quality, and client outcomes. He focuses on Workday strategy, delivery optimization, and enablement approaches that improve performance across complex organizations.
Sony has worked in the Workday ecosystem since 2011, including roles across two Big Four firms and at Workday, where he advised executive-level healthcare organizations. He has supported more than 40 clients globally, helping organizations with up to 100,000 employees improve their use of Workday across multi-country environments.
