Sri serves as Chief Financial Officer at Harbor, leading the company’s finance organization. His responsibilities also include internal procurement and vendor management, location strategy and real estate, business liability insurance, and related areas. He is focused on strengthening financial strategy, performance management, and operational discipline to support Harbor’s continued growth.
Sri brings more than 20 years of global finance, strategy, and transformation experience across legal services, technology-enabled businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, performance management, restructuring, investor relations, treasury, and business transformation.
Previously, Sri served as Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Lexitas, an Apax Partners portfolio company serving the legal industry. He also served as Global Chief Financial Officer at Everise and held finance leadership roles at Citigroup, AIG, Assurant, and Cognizant. Throughout his career, Sri has built and led global teams with a focus on collaboration, growth, and creating long-term value.
Sri holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata and completed an advanced finance and accounting program at the Wharton School.
