Stacie has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 leaders in managing their law departments as businesses. As Practice Group Lead, Corporate Legal Solutions at Harbor, she works with corporate law departments and law firms on a wide variety of technology projects, focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
She has developed department-wide programs and managed numerous complex litigation, discovery, and information management processes for some of the largest organizations across the financial services, oil & gas, technology, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Harbor, Stacie was a Managing Director at Stout and Huron Consulting Group, and started her career as a business consultant at Arthur Andersen.
