The AI Mastermind program is a year-long, immersive initiative designed for law firm leaders who want to translate artificial intelligence into real business transformation. Program structure
The journey unfolds through three dynamic session types, and other collaborative elements:
- Main sessions: A deeper dive into topics around AI that will explore concepts, trends, and opportunities in unique, innovative ways with unique perspectives from Harbor, faculty, and experts in the field. We will take pertinent concepts like "Crafting an AI Strategy" and move beyond the superficial through presentation, polls, and discussion.
- Subgroup sessions: Taking key areas of focus from each Main Session, Subgroup Sessions are designed to be a smaller, more discussion-oriented space for firms to express their thoughts and share ideas around specific topics of interest. Based on these conversations, Harbor will work to build targeted deliverables that will provide value for the firms.
- Vendor demos: Led by guest speakers and AI Mastermind faculty, the program will include demonstrations of tools that are on the cutting edge of the AI landscape in the legal.
- Special guest speakers/sessions: With contributions from AI Mastermind's incredible faculty and contributors, the program will likely include special workshops, sessions, and discussions with experts in the legal AI field.
