Harbor partnered with Uber to conduct a comprehensive legal technology assessment, defining their current state, future roadmap, and opportunities to lead through AI.
As part of this engagement, we carried out a market-wide study of end-to-end AI program components, from foundational models to use cases and enablement layers. Uber not only emerged as a top-tier performer across nearly every category, but also collaborated with Harbor to create a groundbreaking topographical map — a framework that helps the entire industry advance by testing real solutions, building meaningful capabilities, and cutting through the noise to focus on what truly delivers value.
